CPR certification is important for anyone, especially if you have a child or live with an older person. Having this knowledge can simply help save a life. We offer lessons in the privacy of your own home or company. To obtain full certification, you must pass a written test and demonstrate proper practical practice. We also offer the CPR challenge for those who need to renew their certification.
Water aerobics
Low impact water exercise classes
If you have arthritis or multiple sclerosis, this is the class for you! It is based on slow and therapeutic movements in the water that provide good training and help you have a better range of motion. These exercises, approved by the Arthritis Foundation, the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation and the United States Water Fitness Association, aim to relieve pain and discomfort. Classes help improve the quality of life in a floating environment, eliminating all harmful impacts on delicate joints.
High impact water exercise classes
This class is for those who want to burn more calories and lose a few pounds. Although it is the same premise as the “Low impact water exercise”, it is at a faster pace with more intense movements while listening to the latest electronic tracks of high BPM.
